What we collect

We collect two things. The first is what you type into the claim form: the listing name, tagline, description, website, optional Discord link, and an optional email address. All of it except the email is public, because a listing is a public entry on a public board.

The second is website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count page views, board views, clicks through to listing websites, and checkouts. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, your device and browser type, and the pages you visit on this site. We do not send your name or email address to Google.

Payments

Payments are handled by Whop. We never see or store your card details. Whop tells us that a payment succeeded, how much it was for, and which listing it belongs to. That is what moves a listing up the board. Whop has its own privacy policy, which governs what Whop does with your data.

Why we collect it

Listing data exists so the board can show it. Payment data exists so rank is correct and so we can answer a dispute. Analytics data exists so we know which pages work, which listings get clicks, and where visitors come from. We do not sell any of it.

How long we keep it

Listing and payment records are kept while the listing is on the board, and afterwards as an accounting record. Analytics event data is kept for 14 months, then deleted by Google.

Your choices

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt out add on. The site works normally either way.

To correct or remove a listing, or to ask what we hold about you, email us from the address you gave when you claimed the listing. Removing a listing does not refund a payment. Sales are final.

Children

This site is not for people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
